Our little girl is getting spayed soon and this garment fits great, seems very comfortable and the fabric is soft. Definitely recommendA friend recommended this to us after their GSD had spay surgery, it goes on easy and stays on. It has a cut out you you don’t have to take it on and off for potty breaks!Ordered for my Aussie to wear during her spay recovery. It’s perfect! Snaps on the top, not too tight, perfect stretch. No mess or having to remove when she goes potty.Also, it keeps her from licking her wound.1/2 the price of other retailers.She’s 32 pounds, I ordered an XL.One of my girls wouldn't leave her staples alone after being spayed and pulled a couple out, so I put this on her and she couldn't get to the incision site. I think it also makes her feel comforted and calm, like a thunder shirt. She likes to wear it and doesn't try to take it off. When it gets dirty, I just pop it right into the washer. Make sure you measure your dog and don't guess at the size, though. If you get one too big, they can get their heads in through the leg holes! Been there. These do give a nice stretch. I'd say if they are between sizes, go with the smaller size because of the spandex content. If you are a Prime member, you can easily exchange it.This is perfect for a post surgery spay suit. My female weighs 60lbs. This suit is perfect for her. Covers her surgery site perfectly whilst allowing her to go to the bathroom easily.I also bought this same suit when my male dog was neutered. It really doesn’t work for the boys, it doesn’t cover the right areas and you have to remove it for them to go to the bathroom without making a mess.I bought this recovery suit for my 6 month old Border Collie to wear, after her spay surgery. I liked the bright color, the stretch and comfort for my dog and the fit. She become accustomed to it right away. She did not bother the suit at all. It was easy to wash and dry. It did not lose it's shape. Excellent product. Recommend.The seams were loosely stitched causing the seams to pull apart the only issue I had with productThis was much much better then my pooch wearing a cone after her surgeryI have a teacup Yorkie and she’s 6.5 pounds and I got her a size small and it fits perfect! I put this on here the 4th day after she was spayed because the first 3 days she was pretty much drowsy and sleeping so the cone worked those days.The 4th day she started getting back to being playful so the recovery suit was great and to stop her from focusing on the stitches and the cone was becoming a problem. She was crying all night wanting the come off. She still sleeps with the cone.I only let her wear this suit while she's being supervised.This is long, but I overall I like this recovery suit especially for hyper puppies. I wouldn't recommend putting this on a puppy until day 3 or 4 after getting spayed mainly because everything is so sensitive.
